Previous to his career as an actor, Carl found joy in the world of food and entertaining working as a wedding planner as well as at some of the top hotels on Michigan Avenue. Carl's last stop was with Wolfgang Puck Catering in Chicago working with high caliber clientele.
He is very susceptible to flattery and has been known to give samples of his favorite libations away to guests that compliment him and his restaurant.
